REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES
Because each piece is handmade and often one-of-a-kind, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you’re unhappy with your order for any reason, please reach out via email or through our Contact page. The item must be returned and in our possession within 30 days of purchase before a refund is issued. The piece must be in its original condition, and return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer. We encourage you to carefully read the product descriptions and review all photos before making a purchase.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
All orders are thoughtfully packed using repurposed or eco-friendly materials to keep your items safe and reduce waste. Please double-check that your shipping address is correct at checkout—we’re not able to replace items lost due to incorrect address information.
Once your order is in the hands of the carrier (USPS, FedEx, UPS., etc.), any delays or lost items are unfortunately out of our control, and we can’t offer refunds for shipping issues caused by them.
PRODUCT CONDITION
Each piece is made from carefully chosen textiles that come with a bit of history. Because these materials are pre-loved, you may notice signs of age—like gentle fading, small marks, or other imperfections. We do our best to note and photograph any visible flaws, but with vintage and used fabric, a little wear and tear is part of the charm. Please keep in mind that these signs of a past life are what make each piece unique.
STAINS
Some vintage textiles may have light stains or signs of wear—that’s just part of their story. We take great care in cleaning and preparing each piece, but certain marks may be permanent, especially on delicate fabrics. We believe these little imperfections add to the charm and soul of each item.
